That’s why this episode will give you advice on how to navigate feedback situations in Germany. Our two expert guests in this episode are:

Ajita Shringarpure, a DAAD alumna from Mumbai, India. With experience working in both India and Germany, she shares her insights into the significant differences she noticed. Ajita is currently working at the Big 4 Consultancy, KPMG AG in Frankfurt, as a management consultant and has been living for the past 6 years in Germany.

Dana Newman, an American, living in Berlin. She is a communication trainer specialising in nonviolent communication.
